I use KeePassXC: https://keepassxc.org

I have the digital keyring on a Kingston Traveler USB-stick, hanging on my real keyring. KeePassXC automatically fills in login information with a key-shortcut. You can also store documentation inside it, so I have scans of my drivers licence, insurance papers and such in there as well.

It's cross-platform btw.

It's a pain.. I have an excel for the companies not having a central tool.

Now imagine if all VST developers would work together to have a common download platform with the "sync all" button from the rack extensions :?
