Help!! My knobs and faders aren't mapping to kontakt vst in reason

I use a m-audio oxygen 49 and the knobs and faders don't work especially with kontakt instruments....I can't control the parameters on my board what do I do??

Is it new and does not work or was it working before and now stopped?

I used to have the oxygen 49 and recall it had to be on a specific channel or program number to work with reason, perhaps this is the issue unless it was working fine before.

It is new and it has not worked before...I have tried and tried different Methods but none works

Popey, are you using it with VSTs? I think the issue could be related to the Reason not sending MIDI CC to VSTs?

Hi Joeyluck I do not have the 49 anymore and was just trying to help niffy. You make a valid point though as I do not think I used vst's when I had my maudio keyboard.
