I am happy to report that R11 and R12 had absolutely no issues scanning/enabling WavesShell-13 vst plugins after installing Waves-V13.
Recall my old post regarding a fix for WaveShell-12 VST to be completly scanned/enabled in R11 and R12.

Before installing Waves-V13, I advise you to uninstall V-12 first, and then install V-13. Otherwise you'll end up with both V-12 and V-13 Waves plugins.
UPDATE: Waves V-13 (WaveShell-13)

I know Waves-bashing is the world's most boring pastime, but boy v13 is a meagre upgrade. M1 compatibility, and Scheps Omni Channel is now scalable at hi res. Other assorted minor fixes. Woohoo!
Given how recently v12 was released, M1 compatibility should have been a point upgrade
