like many of the Arturia V synths, the SQ80 v1 will accept patches saved for the original device. Here is a link to Gearspace where a user (Don Solaris) there kindly curated an awesome collection for the ESQ-1. These patches are also compatible with the SQ80 and intern the SQ 80V1. Once downloaded you will find several folders full of sysex patch dumps. Remember when importing to an Arturia vst the import will take the name of the folder it is in and add the word sysex to the end of the newly made bank name. Only one sys ex file can be uploaded at a time. so the file you are uploading MUST BE in a folder by itself. Otherwise, you get a weird janky bank. Enjoy and don't forget to thank the curator (Don Solaris ) on Gearspace. Keep in mind the original hardware did not have EFX. SO EFX will not be turned in use on these patches, but can easily be turned on. Don't forget to enhance your new patches. IF you have an ESQ 1 or an SQ 80 and are willing to share your banks I would love to check them out. Please post.

don't sweat it, it happens all the time. a mod might come and delete it at some point, but even if they don't, some folks might have missed it too.mimidancer wrote: ↑05 Oct 2021cool. thanks.
