Anyone who is not a stranger to this forum knows of the high demand for VST3 support in Reason natively. I am curious which VST3 or VST3 only plugins specifically reason users really want to use in Reason. I personally rely on relatively few VST plugins all of which have VST (2-2.4) with the exception of Melodyne 5 and I personally really do not need that inside Reason. As someone who uses few VSTs and is not that knowledgeable of what is out there- I am curious what plugins people are missing out on or using workarounds to use. I have heard Roland Cloud mentioned here a few times- but that is the only specific one I have seen mentioned. I did search and did not find an existing thread listing VST3 plugins that people want to use in Reason- so I apologize if this has been asked before.

Roland Cloud, for me, for sure. Would be nice if they support AU since I use Alyjameslab VSDSX as a drum synth, and he has no desire to port to VST 3. I am currently using this kushview vst wrapper, but it is very awkward to use, so not a great experience.

If you want to be able to use those VST3 only plugins, then try this VST3=>VST2 wrapper:

RRP

... so that I can organise my rack into nice little virtual folders. Otherwise having one rack just gets out of hand with larger projects.

Oh yeah that will be an interesting one. Will the RRP work in Reason when VST 3 support is available?

I have plugins that require side chain inputs. Halion 6 and the Arturia compressors. I would also like to be able to use Roland Cloud.

Being finally able to use OPX PRO-II is going to let me disable a whole bunch of plugins.
