Have you tried Companion? It's a huge step forward and really great for RE and sound pack management. You manage your RE installations from there—no need to login to your account online. So now they just need to move the few remaining pieces to that, such as the additional content such as Loop Supply, Drum Supply Rad Piano, etc. from the 'Manage Content' window.

Does it let you install and authorize Europa VST, which is the main subject of this thread?

First off, this thread is about ALL VST's missing from accounts. I think it is a big issue...and it was originally titled "Europa VST disappeared from account", but I thought it pertinent that it is known that all VSTs are missing, so I changed the title early this morning.

I also said this:

...this would be bad and something to be upset about. Although I'm leaning towards it being a bug because it just wouldn't make sense.

And my reply to kuhliloach that you are quoting is a response to the mention of better management of REs, ReFills, sound packs, etc. so bringing up Companion is relevant to that. By all means, request that they add VST support to Companion if you like.

Sometimes it seems like some people just don't read or think that some of us don't have criticisms or care. Is it because I don't use ALL CAPS? Is it because I don't plaster everything into one giant non-ending paragraph?

VST's are back in my account but now all applications are removed. Got a message on twitter that it was a glitch for the VST's so it must be some kind of update that needs sorting.
