Sampleson Electrix crashing on bounce

I have one instance of Sampleson Electrix VST in a song and it will play through fine in Reason 11 Suite (most recent version) but when I try to bounce the audio or export the entire track Electrix crashes at the moment it is introduced in the song.

I tried checking/unchecking multi-core and hyperthreading but neither worked and I'm not really sure what to do.

Any suggestions??

Thanks, did that before posting here but and still waiting to hear back. I was hoping it could be some simple setting I was overlooking.
