Currently on sale for $29 down from $129! I've been interested in Neutron for a while. Wondering if Elements is worth a punt. Seems like a real bargain at $29. Anyone use this? What do you think?

Neutron is great, and even the elements version has a great feature set. It’s my go-to EQ, and the visual compressor is very useful too.

Show masking between two tracks is awesome.. although not sure if that's part of elements
If neutron elements had the option MID / SIDE this would be a no-brainer, very useful indeed. We need to EQ those sides

You won't find much Reason specific stuff but the general usage is the same across DAWs.
I personally went with the advanced version so I could use the components indervidualy, but from what I've seen Elements can be quite handy.

The only drawback of Neutron in my experience is the CPU overhead. Compared to Reason's built-in EQ, or Ableton's EQ 8, it’s way more demanding, and at least on my aging i7 MacBook Pro, I can’t use it on more than a track or two without the fans going into overdrive.

Yes, if you're patient you can find Neutron (or Ozone) Elements for free, then wait some more until upgrades to Standard / Advanced are on sale for some good savings on the full packages.
