Edit.. looks like an email to advice last chance to use the code from yesterday...
I started to play with it last night after installing and realized I still have to optimize my system for certain isntruments. My old monitor speakers started popping on me.... couldn't handle it lol. But from what I did hear, I plan to have lots of fun with it.
Well, you can work it so that you can get plugins for as low as $6, or if you're Figg, you can still get Oberhausen for $9. For example, take a $29.99 plugin (Oberhausen) and add a $9.99 plugin (PEX-500) for a total of $39.98. Minus the $21, you'd end up paying $18.99, so that's $9.49 per plugin. That's actually cheaper than the previous $9.99 sales.
Thanks for the tips. I already kerbed my GAS and sidestepped Oberhausen. Pleased with myself.hurricane wrote: ↑01 Jan 2021Well, you can work it so that you can get plugins for as low as $6, or if you're Figg, you can still get Oberhausen for $9. OR
Get 2 $14.99 plugins (Dent 2 and Fault) and add a $9.99 plugin (Instant Delay). Total = $39.97, minus the $21 = $18.97. That's $6 per plugin.
It just needs to be greater than $39MrFigg wrote: ↑01 Jan 2021Thanks for the tips. I already kerbed my GAS and sidestepped Oberhausen. Pleased with myself.hurricane wrote: ↑01 Jan 2021

One thing though...it’s a $39.99 minimum spend so if your cart is at $39.98 or $39.97 you won’t be able to use the voucher. Right?
Edit: or is it actually $39?
Its a nice sounding plugin, bought it for 9.99€, good price for what is capable of emulating the oberheim SEM). There are some other emulations of the SEM synth but for 9.99€ no brainer. Its a bit CPU heavy when using multiple voices and internal FXs (mainly delay and reverb units)
Each time I see a comment about Oberhausen, it’s « great, for 9.99$ no brainer ». Is it really good ? If so, why do they sell it for so little money ?pepe444 wrote: ↑01 Jan 2021Its a nice sounding plugin, bought it for 9.99€, good price for what is capable of emulating the oberheim SEM). Apart from that it is a very nice synth to have in the arsenal.
Maybe because there are plenty other emulations out there. I already have the Arturia SEM, payed maybe around 5 bucks for it and it does the job very good. Same goes for the Arp2600 and so on...Hard competition today if you want to create a sound device.SebAudio wrote: ↑02 Jan 2021Each time I see a comment about Oberhausen, it’s « great, for 9.99$ no brainer ». I’ve the same feeling with CA2600 : great ARP2600 emulation for 25$ ! If so why don’t they at least sell it for 99$ ?
And all that should lead to think that RS synth REs are greater than all those since they sell them from 99$ and above ?![]()
In one word: market saturation (OK, that's two words, but I think this sums up the situation pretty well.)SebAudio wrote: ↑02 Jan 2021Each time I see a comment about Oberhausen, it’s « great, for 9.99$ no brainer ». Is it really good ? If so, why do they sell it for so little money ?
