The Melda Free FX Bundle upgrade to full is only 250SEK (sorry can't see how much it is in other currencies but around $25 I'd guess.)

Good to hear. Do you really get any use out of the extra features as compared to the free version?

Yes,the extra features are useful, and with a little money you support an independet developer

It was more the 2nd I was thinking of. I mean that free bundle is damn generous.

Most of those plugins are pretty useless withouth the "extra" features.

Thanks for the heads up! Definitely getting it

That Melda Production suite is honestly the Best Buy I have done this year - the majority of the plugins are very useful and work flawlessly, great GUI... they just work!

My favourites are:
MEqualiser (can dial in saturation even without any EQ nodes on)
MCharmVerb
MAutoPan (crazy amount of options and LFO shapes)
MLoudnessAnalyzer

Really? I was under the impression that they were pretty much fully functional except for some small stuff and a red reminder banner.

Yeah, that was my impression 3 times I tried the bundle before :D Whenever I wanted to do anything more that's the most basic for that particular plugin it was behind the paywall. Obviously, even at full price it's a great deal, but the fact that it is advertised as "free" with so many features shown right there but hidden; always rubbed me the wrong way and made me angry rather than wanting to pay for the full thing :)

I’ll need to take a proper look and see if there’s anything in the bundle I’d actually use. Trying to get away from GAS buying.

Edit: Nope, nothing I haven't got covered already. Good value for those who haven't though.

Upgrading the free version unlocks the modulators. Great feature but a bit redundant within the modulation paradise of Reason.

Unlocking oversampling, re-sizing windows, saving default gui settings and getting rid of the 'nag' are nice too.

Saving presets might be useful for someone also.

No dude. They suck. I've unistalled them 0,5h hour later.

What now?

You realise all this is subjective. And the bundle wouldn't be paid if it actually met everyone's needs in the free version.
