I wait patiently for the knifonium to get to 29,99
so I’m sure this is a stupid question, but what exactly is the deal with Plugin Alliance? it doesn’t seem like any other plugin retailer—looks like there are separate developers, but I don’t think I’ve really seen many of the plugins sold elsewhere. it almost seems semi-proprietary, if that makes any sense.
what makes their plugins worth the hefty price tags? are they really THAT good?

The hefty price tag makes them easier to sell at the 'sale' price of $30.guitfnky wrote: ↑01 Sep 2020so I’m sure this is a stupid question, but what exactly is the deal with Plugin Alliance? it doesn’t seem like any other plugin retailer—looks like there are separate developers, but I don’t think I’ve really seen many of the plugins sold elsewhere. it almost seems semi-proprietary, if that makes any sense.

It's almost irrelevant what anyone thinks the 'true worth' of these things are, because P.A. look like they're making the most money they can, with this method.
They are generally great plugs though. Ab-Compare, Thorn, Lion, Byome are all awesome IMO, and as good as anything else on the market.
