Sine Player. Orchestral Tools. HELP.

I have recently purchased metropolis ark 1 and 2.... I have downloaded and am using the Sine Player
I have no idea how to get the sine player to communicate its sounds to midi files in reason 11. I have tried loading my apparent files
... but they all seem empty. I am very new to this. Please help
