Automation Problem in output arcade

Hello all..
Today i want to record the 4 macro slider in arcade but it dosen't worked anymore..
I think i have done this before..push record and move the slider..done
I can record some other nobs and sliders but not the 4 macro
Have anybody the same problem?
I send a masage to reason Studio and output
