Problem Launching Reason 11

Hi all,

Yesterday I was attempting to access my VST plugins through Reason. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of choosing the default search folder as the C drive on my computer. Now whenever I try to open the software, it immediately gets stuck on the splash screen and task manager shows the program as unresponsive.

I tried deleting the file path via regedit and uninstalling and reinstalling the program multiple times, as well as restarting my computer. I even deleted the VST plugins that I had downloaded, with no success - I still reach thee splash screen and the program will not open.

Any advice? Thank you in advance!

Browse to:

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Propellerhead Software\Reason

or:

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Propellerhead Software\Reason Suite

and delete the plugin cache and plugin database files
