Reason 10 and Intro 11 disparity (Voltage Modular)

I installed Cherry Audio's Voltage Modular (VM) on my new PC (having had the Computer Music version on my old one). When Reason 10 scanned my plugins on startup it didn't like it and disabled it - along with a "lua5.1.dll" file (that belongs in the Windows directory but was somehow in my VSTs!).
The lua5.1.dll has been put where it belongs but Reason 10 doesn't see VM anymore.
Reason Intro 11 sees it fine and dandy and works ok.
I'm confused
