How to route Xfer Cthulhu in Reason 11.2?

I've been looking forward to being able to use MIDI out in Reason. Someone who knows how to configure Xfer Cthulhu?

Reason is missing this feature. Midi out from VSTs does not exists in their VST implementation. Send them a request ticket via support and ask for it.
