Acustica Celestial

Celestial is a two-plugin suite for sound manglers who want to add some creative texturizing and psychoacoustic action to their tracks.

Based on a modern hardware machine built in the UK and used by both mixing and mastering engineers, Celestial provides an additional layer of analog goodness to single tracks as well as full mixes. Any more concrete description of what Celestial does?

It adds mojo...No, tbh not really...It looks and sounds like it makes subtle changes via EQ, stereo spreading/separation, multiband dynamics and harmonic adding. I just gave it a short spin and it can add some dimension to quite dead sounds. Its probably for the mixing engineer rather than the creative musician. If i have a dull sample somewhere, i might remember putting it in. Its a bit hungry for such subtle changes. Maybe i am too stupid to appreciate this device, but i take it.

So last Christmas (i gave you my heart, but the very next day...) they gave away something called Ceil which looks remarkably similar to Celestial:

I don't know what Ceil is modeled on, but Celestial is supposedly this:

Yeah pretty much this. It's a very subtle all-round enhancer, I'm liking it a lot

They eventually released an update to Ceil called Big Ceil, and it was also given to us for free, so I imagine something similar will happen with Celestial. Or not.

OMG Celestial sounds AMAZING. It puts a coat of expensive sounding sheen over an entire track. I just went back and put Celestial over my latest track and I wish I had this before I posted it.

That's crazy cause I'm getting the Fusion this year. This is why I read someone was gonna do a test with the "Fusion".
