Valhalla UberMod and FreqEcho “Could not be loaded”

After a fresh install of Win10x64Pro, I installed Reason 10.4 and my 7 Valhalla DSP plugins.

But only 5 of the 7 plugins loaded; UberMod and FreqEcho “Could not be enabled”. This is strange because all of the Valhalla DSP plugins loaded fine in my previous Windows installation.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Just enable them again in Plugin Manager perhaps? This happens quite often with Waves plugins for me, so perhaps it's a similar situation?
