How to add VST instruments to the remote map??

I use Reason 10 Intro and Kontakt 6.10 as vst plugin with instruments bank
for live performance. When I open only Kontact 6 as an independent program
without Reason, program change is working perfectly, I can change
instrument in instruments bank with my keyboard (Korg pa900), but when I
use Kontakt plugin through a Reason, plugin don't recognize Program change.
Then I realized that the External midi instrument(Emi) recognizes the program
change. My question is: How do I add Кontact vst plugin to the remotе map
and can I copy it from an External midi instruments because it works there.
Another question: Is it enough to correct only the remote map or need a
remote codec. I use it MIDI Keyboard w Controls from Other folder.
