I found that Zynaptiq's far out effect Wormhole creates a very large amount of latency when it is enabled. Delay compensation goes from 0 to over 8000 and there is noticeable delay between hitting a note on my midi keyboard and the sound being heard.
Maybe this plugin was not tested with Reason?
I sincerely hope I did not waste my money on this plugin. It seemed promising for unique sound design, especially with the randomization.

You can't blame Reason for a plugin with latency, it's the plugin that does it.
You can try to change the Delay Compensation on the mix channel back side. That way I would guess you midi input works better, but the plugin will now send out it's FX with the delay it caused.
Delay Compensation is described in detail in the manual.

My understanding is that any kind of pitch-shifting that aims to be as artifact-free as possible is going to involve massive latencies.
