I tried a lot of them over the years. The Plini has the most open and smooth overdrive. No nasty resonance.

have you tried the Positive Grid stuff? how does it stack up against that? I have Bias FX, which is the best I’ve tried so far, personally.

Yes, it's great but not as great imo as Plini.

you started a thread a couple days ago saying a really basic, pretty ok limiter was the bestest thing ever too so ima take this with a grain of salt. i'll give it a go but if it's just another pretty picture pasted onto 2005's favorite open source disto algo i might stop takin you serious.

these aren't paid endorsements by any chance are they? do you get a cut of some crypto coin no one's ever heard of that this vst mines while i use it or something?
