That's a good price. I sold my Omnisphere 2 license for $350 last year (hope you're enjoying it Ed!), but be forewarned that Spectrasonics charges a $50 fee to transfer the license separate from your transaction.

$250 is an excellent price, but I have absolutely no regrets buying it for $350. It took me a little while to wrap my head (and ears) around all that Omnisphere has to offer, but it's become an indispensable tool for me, and my main go-to synth (along with DS Thorn).

One of my favorite little features in Omnisphere is the ability to randomize the list of presets. When I need inspiration, I just select a preset category, or simply "all", click the random button, and then step thru the randomized preset list to audition them. Usually within 10-20 presets (out of 14,000+) I've got the spark for a new piece, or have found a particular type of sound I'm looking for. Instant inspiration! Such a simple little feature, but so amazingly useful. And that's just scratching the surface...

Looking forward to the impending 2.6 update with the enhanced arpeggiator and hardware profiles!

i gravitate towards making my own presets but like I have said 3823 times the presets and samples are so interesting I prefer to use those as is

I would be cautious of anyone that joins a forum and immediately puts up a top vst for very low price.
