Can't Authorise Vacuum Pro and Hybrid 2!

Hi!

I purchased Air Vacuum Pro and Hybrid 2 a while back and they are installed on my desktop computer and useable in Reason no problem.

Now I'm tryna get them both working on my laptop computer and the authorisation codes won't work.

It just comes up with an error when I enter it on either plug-in saying, "The code redemption limit has been reached. Please enter a different code."

Now I've looked all over Plug-In Boutique to see if I can find anywhere I can generate a new code and can't find anything.

Anyone any ideas?

What does iLok say about your activations (see example below) ? From what I read (AirMusic web site) you can have two copies but maybe something went wrong somewhere or you have already used two licences ?

Yea, check your iLok activation. Had the same problem yesterday and it was just a missing activation in iLok. And finally it was a reminder what will happen if my HD will crash with all those iLok license activated...

I haven't got an iLok installed and when I launch Reason it just asks for my serial number, which I enter (which is from my account on pluginboutique) and it doesn't accept it.

You need an iLok account. Your serial is bound to the iLok account and its not activated.
