Well, looks like I won't be upgrading Komplete this year.

There's no mention of the forthcoming Massive X on the page for Massive. Will Massive X only be a free upgrade if you own Komplete 12, meaning a paid upgrade if you buy Massive standalone today?

For the current sale there should be a list of stuff that isn’t included with Komplete 12 somewhere?

That's the thing, everything is included in some version of Komplete. There are 4 versions. You can look at the Komplete comparison page to see what all is included with each version https://www.native-instruments.com/en/p ... 2/compare/
