Do any of those midi generators work in Reason?

I have stuff like Auto Theory, Audiomodem Riffer, don't have Chtulthu, but is there a way to work these in Reason?

Nope, Midi-VST don't work with Reason (... unless you get them to output the midi to a virtual midi cable and have that set up as a midi keyboard in Reason).

You can use a vst wrapper like savihost, route the midi vst into it, and route the midi into into a loopback port and send that into Reason.
