I'm a bit confused, the writeup claims it can be played like a MIDI instrument (and with "AI" for articulations... ), but the interface looks the same as their other premade-loop-player products.

I am not a bassist, but imo it sounds very bassy, dull and muddy. But imo most instruments that want to be like real instruments just suck and are only usefull for a simple line or filler here and there.

There's a player/ instrument switch at the top of the plugin. It does both.

Does anyone know if these are these going to be native Reason Rack Extensions as well, like the Beatmaker line?

I would like that, but would surprised as those were seriously discounted after just a short while..,

Unless Props have done a deal with UJAM again and they get released as a trio of official REs under A-List Bassist etc.

I sure hope they make RE versions too, as they must be familiar with that by now. I prefer RE if there is an option.

I Try This, but it takes more than 2 minutes to load in Reason 10 - Windows 7.
If they do not fix it, I do not buy them, just email to Ujam....

Well, some sound sets for Kontakt take considerably longer to load in Reason as well... Hopefully the VST performance update will sort things out soon!
