Recently I subled upon the Nick Crow Lab TubeDriver and wow what a beast that is. It adds odd and even harmonics but not in upper ranges, so it sounds warm and not overly bright.

I compared it to many of my favourite saturation devices like the Klanghelm SDRR but the TubeDriver is more neutral sounding, less "EQ" coloured while yet adding some lovely overtones. Maybe someone can compare it to Soundtoys saturation devices. Although TubeDriver is not meant for craziness, but simply for that superb tube saturation.

It also has a super useful EQ and can offer 16 times oversampling on rendering.

It is a beast. And it is 100% free. Best things in life...
