When you run Native Access and under installed products click on the Kontakt Player what is the path for VST64 location?

Double check that location that the dll exists for it.

Make sure Reason is checking that location (Preferences -> Advanced, VST Plugin Folders)

Check you've installed 64bit VST too. 32bits will be 'blacklisted' as Reason can't see them (directly).
