Motif Rack XS VST. Ways of running VST3?

I would really like to use my Motif Rack XS with the VST editor inside Reason.
I just now got to trying this. However, I discovered it's only available as VST3. It's Yamaha/Steinberg, so of course. Is there a host or wrapper others might be able to suggest?

Any other Motif users using the editor with Reason?

Previously, I just used the EMI with my Motif Rack XS. It would however be cool to be able to save patch settings in songs via the VST.

Apparently there is a workaround, by using VSTHost/SAVIHost in slave mode.

Slave mode is invoked by launching [VST/SAVI]Host with /slave as an argument.

Thanks. I suppose I should mention I'm on macOS. That looks to be for Windows only?

Well you could also try ddmf Metaplugin for Win/OSX. This will cost you around $40 ish.

Ok Thank you. I'll check it out. I may just have to wait and see if VST3 support for Reason might come in the future.

Image line mini host modular might work I guess. I didn't try it though.

Yes, I was thinking of Image Line. I know you can run FLStudio as a VST instrument / effect. Had totally forgotten about mini-host though!
