Can i load Reason without it scanning my VST's everytime?

People keep telling me it shouldnt do this but it does. It doesnt take a long time but it does it.

Yeah sure just disable all your plug-ins :D

If its scanning every time then there must be something changing in the folder. Have you got any waves plug-ins? Try disabling just them and see if it try's to rescan or is delayed. I only say waves because I had a similar issue with WavesShell in ProTools. Other than that its disabling one by one to find the culprit.
It is not too much of an ask for people or things to be the best version of itself!
