Looking to maybe install this MiniFilter V plugin I picked up for free during a promotion...

Anybody know what the non-optional 225MB of "Resources" is?

Not sure. I received the same offer and installed it - I have a mighty big HD so didn't think much of it. It does seem like a lot of "resources."

Yeah it does seem like a lot. It says there are 30 presets. And presets are small. Is it impulse sample based?

Tell you the truth...I only installed it. Never actually messed with it. Hard to say no to a free plug in from Arturia. I'm not at my battlestation now, otherwise I'd check for you.

I found it a bit unbelievably but there are 89 MB of graphics.
Here is an example:

However, the plugin sounds nice, particularly because free.

My god. That's ridiculous. That's even more than the plug-in! I don't know what to make of that. I really don't.

You're welcome!

So, did you install it?
Do you like it?
Regardless resources, I mean :)

I actually decided against it and never even tried it. Figured I could do without it. I'm plenty happy with all of my filter options at the moment. Was just interested to try it. But I know I likely wouldn't keep it and would soon just be trying to track down all the resources to delete

As many found, that's the high-res GUI resources, mainly, besides presets.

If you're scared of that and alarmed, I don't want to be around when Reason also goes High-Res. Do you think those high-quality graphics would be kept where ? somewhere else but your hard disk? ;)

...and you don't need to track anything, at least on Windows. Uninstall will remove everything not made by you (i.e. user presets).
