Cool little toys!! Really enjoying the bass one. I'll have to get into them more this weekend.
Awesome! Thanks for the heads up.

For my part, I don't have any NI plugins installed. Still have a >10 yr old Battery3 license, but don't use it.
The only VST plugins I accept are single files which I simply put into the correct destination folder. Anything else (installers and all the crap) is not negotiable.
But (unlike you) I'm Reason-only user. That simplifies a lot!
I get you! When things are too complicated, it's not fun.madmacman wrote: ↑14 Dec 2018For my part, I don't have any NI plugins installed. Still have a >10 yr old Battery3 license, but don't use it.

I already have TRK-01, but used the $25 promo on Skanner XT.

It’s only temporarily free so it makes sense but yeah having to have another program to manage licenses is a bit of a pain if you don’t normally use NI.EdGrip wrote:Free VSTs with copy protection can get in the sea.

ha ha No way - sorry. I'm a "legalizer". While I don't use the plugin, I still have the sample libraries on my SSD - and I like them very much.Emian wrote: ↑15 Dec 2018if you want to get rid of your battery license i'll gladly take itmadmacman wrote: ↑14 Dec 2018

And maybe some day (if Reason's VST performance has been improved) I remember my old license and give it (finally) a try.
Wish they would just provide installers like in the past.
I've experimented with them a fair amount - I assume you mean the synth kick in particular. You can get some cool sounds out of them, but I haven't found them to be the most versatile. Best when layered up with different click samples.
