I've exported this track a few times and to me it sounds like the levels drop after a little while. I didn't put any automation in to do it and as it's a vst providing the vocal I can assume the 'performance' is at a consistent level.

Any idea why I would perceive the volume to drop after the first verse or so? Maybe I'm just going crazy.

Why don't you record the playback into Reason and put a loudness meter on it..

(Wonder if Soundcloud have added some kind of compression on it)
