Why don't Allihoopa embed tags work here?

I've asked this before in different ways and places. Still no answer.

I've gotten them to work many months ago but only once. All subsequent tries, maybe 4 times or so have failed.

Just use the ID, not the entire url:

Coo, thanks much! In my defense of a silly question - still kinda baffled why there's no function written to just parse the ID from the full url, but whatevs now I know.
