I see. Are you using a physical click or a tap to click? Not at my computer to check, but there have been issues in apps with the way tap to click responds. I'd report it in a ticket if you can.madmacman wrote: ↑04 Apr 2025Here is a 720p recording: https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive/01bc ... t_19.10.17
But I won't be that helpful probably - you literally see nothing while dragging...
ReCycle updated and now FREE!

At home I use my MacBook with BT mouse and external keyboard. So it’s just a normal mouse click. Thanks for your feedback, I‘ll file a report this weekend.

Okay, so there's a beat challenge....Is there any prizes? I do not see mention of anything on the page.

Ok. I tested with my trackpad and a mouse and didn't have any issues. Let us know what you find out! Have you tried reinstalling?

Update: OK, something strange is going on here. Same installation on my Mac (for all users), started with a fresh account, runs as expected.
So it is not related to my computer, current OS, or other system specifics, but something is different in my main account.

Weird. It's got to be a coincidence and something else, because you only need to login to download it. There is no license required for it and it would be the same build that you download.

I discussed it many years ago.

I completely missed the beat challenge. Was there something to win?

Thank you! I don't know why (is there a changelog available?), but it solved the issue I had described above.

Love the idea of bringing back Recycle, but I remember when Mimic came out. Reason Studios Inc. were going big on moving on from the REX2 file format. So to do this and not make Mimic more REX friendly seems to be an odd decision. Maybe it’s just me.

I hope they even call the new tab in Reason ”Recycle”, making the old ”Regroove” and ”Redrum” company. Pitch-corrector and editor they might consider to call ”Repitch”.

The challenge is to set up an XP computer back with all Driver working

Then re-install Reason 5, Recycle, and if you feel you also want Midi Out... add my copy of free PeterTools

Features I find Recycle needs:
the ability to trim (or extend) samples to match an exact BPM,
Also enter the 'Original Tempo' manually.
Going to another audio editor to do trimming work should not be required for simple task.
Some kind of template or parameter 'lock' would also work well when working with many files of the same properties.
/thanks
