Reason Crashing!

Morning,

Can anyone help whilst I wait for several days for Reason Studio to respond?

I am using a Mac.

All of a sudden, when I load R13 and any of my projects, the DAW crashes. My computer then says to reopen which prompts an "internal error" message on the R13 loading box.

I had not changed anything and use R13 daily.

So, I uninstalled, downloaded a fresh version of R13, installed that, BUT same issue. I have booted my Mac in safe mode, to see if there was something else causing the issue, but the same.

It is driving me crazy!

Have you tried removing the cache, index, or preferences files in the Reason configuration folder?

Since you've reinstalled Reason 13 and tried safe mode, try checking for macOS updates, clearing Reason's preferences , and ensuring Reason has the necessary permissions.

ok. 2 crashes today on the same document, each crash i was messing with a different device.

Hard crash also, i had to press my computers reset-button....
