Problems with installing Head Crusher in Reason 11

Hello,
I just bought the Head Crusher plugin, to only find out later that this can only be installed as VST3 or AAX, which both can not be implemented in Reason 11... Is there any way to work around this? I can not find any VST2 download anywhere.

Have I come to a stage in which having Reason 11 is limiting me?

The workaround will be to use a VST wrapper like BlueCat PatchWork or Kushview Element

You load the wrapper as a VST2 instrument/effect in R11, and then within the wrapper window, you load your desired VST3 plugin.

I'd write to Audio Assault and see if they still have an old VST2 version. When I first bought it they did. In my opinion it looked better too and was amazing on bass.
