Ok...still not working. When I open Reason I get the dialogue box which says Rack Extension License Missing and the option to Download License or Run without REs. I select download license and get the dialogue box attached as screenshot above. "Rack Extension license download failed"
REs which I had previously installed show in Reason as their license data is already on my pc but anything downloaded from Companion will not show because of the update error.
I have now cleared the RE and downloads folders.
I have reinstalled both R12 and Companion latest builds.
I am experiencing the issue on both my pc and my laptop.
Anybody else with this issue or any ideas?
Thanks

I have no idea, but it starts normal for me in Reason 12 on Win10.
Have you got a virusscanner or software running? These can cause trouble is my experience........
Other whise I would not know what it could be, sorry my friend!

Yeah, I'm having the same issue. Tried downloading the Arkana Granular Synth demo and got the same error. Came here to check if it was just me heh.

Same. Opened a ticket with ReasonStudios. Since I see that others have this issue as well I think it´s a server side issue/connectivity.

That’s great. Thanks. I mean it’s not great but it’s great that it’s not just me. I also opened a ticket. It’ll probably get fixed tomorrow. Thanks again

Issue seems to be solved (at least for me).

was this after a purchase or just started happening for no reason?

Was a server process update which didn’t work as expected.
