Is it safe to uninstall Reason 12, now I have 13?

I have installed Reason 13. Is it safe to uninstall reason 12?

Yes it is very safe to uninstall 12 when you're not going to use 12 anymore

I want to buy 13 but I am so stuck on my Favorites functionality in the browser. Also are Reason 12 files opening up well in Reason 13?
I am hoping that there are no issues but would love confirmation from the community. Thank you

I'd wait until I'd used R13 for a few weeks before deleting R12 to make sure none of the bugs were impacting me and to make sure I could live with their so-called "new and improved" browser. Frankly R13 is a waste of $200. You should have waited until R14.

I’m still having indexing issues on my MBP M1 Pro. The Loop Supply and Drum Supply refills don’t show in the browser as available options. Had to create a shortcut to use them. RS already knows about it.

There was no cost for me as I got the upgrade for free.
Reason 13 is working flawlessly, although it's still early days. The Upgrade was very painless.
I'll take your advice and wait a few weeks, before I delete it and claim the 5Gig in disk space.

Hi. I'm planning to install R13, I currently have R12, do both versions work without problems on one pc and don't overwrite each other's files ? Is there anything I should do or know before installation?

The RRP VST plugin files are mutually exclusive, so only one version is working (usually the last one installed).

Just out of interest could you run an R11 RRP (logged in via the internet) as a VST in R12 (linked to PC)?
No idea why you would do it but I'm curious
