Does anybody have a good way of achieving this? Delay taps syncing up with a rhythm where you have some strong swing?

Unless I'm missing it, there's no swing option on The Echo etc. I realise it would require some time stretching rather than a straight delay, but would be something useful, I think.

I know Sound Toys' Echo Boy has a shuffle option for delay taps. Always thought it was really interesting, as I don't think I've ever seen it before (or since).

YES!!!
Years ago I built a swing/shuffle delay for the Factory Sound Bank, search under delay (can remember if I called it “swing” or “shuffle”, will check when I get into the studio this morning).
[it’s “Shuffle Delay”, in the FSB since 2011!]
