[solved] Rack extension license download failed error message

I reinstalled Reason 12.7.3d18 after a fresh reinstallation of Windows 11. Now I keep getting this message when running Reason,
"There was an error updating the license. Press "Retry" to try again. Is there any way to manually download the license? Any suggestion would be appreciated.
