Does RS add new patches to their instruments / FX?

Disregarding the packs in R+, do they ever add new presets to existing native devices?

For example Bitwig and Ableton very often add new patches and racks/chains for their "legacy" stuff, either simply as a part of new version or as a free sound pack. I often start my sound design with factory patches, so I'd find it very useful - and worth the money - to be getting new device and Combi patches.

From time to time they've reorganised and extended the factory sound bank. So yes about once or twice a decade this might happen.
