PLEASE HELP!!! couldnt authorize rack extensions' error msg

Hi everyone Im new here .

Im having a problem loggin into reason. Im getting the error msg " Couldn't authorize rack extensions" (see photo)

The message sites a problem with my internet connection but my internet is working normally.

I have synced all my rack extensions , I have deleted them and re-synced them, I have deleted reason (v.10) and re downloaded and re-installed...

I did the updates that were available....

Still getting the same message.!

ANY IDEAS?
