[solved] Reason Companion [opens with Reason]

Hello All,

I updated Reason the other day and now a giant window bigger that Reason itself comes up called Reason Companion. It had a lot of questions I didn't want to answer, but I did the minimum so I could open Reason again. Now the giant Reason Companion window opens up every time I open Reason 12. How can I suppress this window so I don't see it again? Perhaps a registry entry?

Preferences - General - uncheck "Open Companion at Startup" at the bottom...
