Cant download Reason 11 from my accout

Hi,

Just tried three times now to download Reason 11.3.9 Suite that I am licensed to run from this page

All three times it has stuck at 4 gig out of the 4.5 gig download size. Seems odd how they all failed at the exact same time. Also annoying I have wastes 12 gig of my data plan

Also odd how is the Windows DL 4.1 gig and the Mac DL 4.9?

Anyhow offer any help here please.

That way you can resume the download real easy.

What data storage medium are you downloading to? File size limit of FAT32 file system is 4 GB. Maybe your storage devices can't handle files bigger than 4 GB.
