New De-Authorise Computer question

So now that we have this new way to authorise or deauthorise a computer for off line use...what happens if we don't deauthorise it before swapping out a SSD (for example). Lock out same as usual?

Reason I'm asking is...its Friday night and I was just nestling in to spend the weekend changing out a faulty SSD and hey presto.......when I try to de-authorise my comp I'm getting a No Contact With Server pop up. Which is very convenient for me as usual with these things. And stranger still because I'm logged into the Props site and it seems to be working fine so...yeah.

I managed to update Reason and it's solved this. Please delete this thread.
