log in to reason studios site screwy

does not except password or user name which has not changed... reset password multiple times and get logged in each time... logout... it does not accept password or username... endless loop

I had the same problem earlier today with downloading a trial, but now it worked.

I tried Safari and Chrome today>>> I still need to reset password to get in... when I logout, the endless cycle continues even when reseting password...the site does not recognize my email or user name and new password ... wtf... Using reason 12.6.1> "incorrect user name or password" every time unless I reset password... then I am in until I log out... then I try to log in again with the new password, and I get a message that says incorrect user name or password message every time... Please fix your site reason studios I contacted support just now with a support ticket although others likely have...

Try to clear the cache of your browsers and try again. The problems with the login two days ago, have been fixed.

I clean all caches multiple times a day... so that is not the problem.
To test your theory I just cleaned them again. I get this.

yes... changed and saved password at least 10 times. It is correct.
