Reason 10.4 Transposes Vocal Clips Back To Normal Pitch When Entering "Pitch Edit" mode

Not sure what I messed up here...

I have a song I've recorded with multiple audio tracks and was editing the pitches on various audio clips using the transpose function. I noticed one audio clip randomly was transposing back to normal in the middle but the transpose for the whole clip was set to -12 so I wasn't sure what was going on...

Messed around and found out that if I click "Pitch Edit" mode on an audio clip that's transposed up or down, it will transpose itself back to normal pitch. Has anybody encountered this before? Not sure what to do here. I've tried deleting the preferences file in AppData but that didn't do anything, I also re-installed it.
