I purchased a Rack Extension, it doesn't show up. So I go to their website for help and find this article specifically addressing my problem, except that "solution" doesn't work. So I click on the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of that article which just loops me back around to the main support page.
Next attempt, I click on the "Contact us" link under "Company" at the bottom of each page which takes me to this page where you can apparently contact them for Support or to offer Feedback, except that the Support option just loops you back to the main support page.
Okay, next option, use the Feedback form to contact them, except that the Feedback Form says specifically to NOT use this form to contact for support and that support questions will NOT be answered and so it offers a link to a Support Form which... Yep you guessed it, loops me back to the main support page.
I would like to get what I paid for. How do I properly contact them? Absurd that they don't have a way to do so. I went ahead and just used the Feedback Form, also indicating that there is no Support Form, we'll see how it goes.
How are we supposed to contact Reason Studios for support?
