macOS Ventura, MBP (2018, Intel)

I have R10, but it was working fine until today. Now it won't open because it says it is missing a file. I re-downloaded the installer from my account page and that won't install now either. The folder is in Applications but Reason won't open. I'm on Ventura. And it was working fine on Ventura as of last month.

So I went ahead and upgraded to R12.5. That opens and opens old files just fine. But it will not open a new file. Nor does anything happen if I go to File:Open. I just get an error similar to what happened with Reason 10: some file is missing. Reinstalling even after redownloading the 12.5 installer doesn’t change anything. Restarting my machine doesn’t change anything. Disk Utility says my disc is ok and I have no such issues with anything else. ????
